Mary A. Klemencic (nee Lach) age 94 of Cleveland, passed away May 14, 2017 at Euclid Hospital.
Mary was born in Cleveland where she remained a resident all of her life. She was a life time parishioner of St. Mary Church (Holmes Ave.) where she was a member of the Altar Society. Mary was also a member of the Euclid Homemakers and Euclid Pensioners.
Mary was primarily a homemaker but also worked at the family grocery store, Lasch Meat Market that was located on 185th Street. Her hobbies included crocheting, shopping and going to casinos. Her family described her as a very quiet women that loved her grandchildren. Mary is survived by her twin daughters Marlene Weisenberg (husband Jerry) and Marilyn Banko; grandchildren Dawn Dawson (husband Bob), Gary Langlois, Mark Langlois, Jill Evangelista, Dennis Klemencic, Darren Klemencic, Doreen Kolenc, Jack Banko, Renee Archuleta (husband David), Denise Klemencic; great-grandchildren Derek Dawson (wife Holly), Sofia Langlois, Ansley Archuleta, Jordan Archuleta, Alexis Banko and great-great-granddaughter Gracie Rose Dawson. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Edward who died in 1986; her son Edward D who died in 2016; her parents Frank and Maria (nee Maralt) Lach and siblings Frank Lasch (wife Stella) and Agnes Lasch.
Prayers of Christian Burial Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 12 Noon at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Mary at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME 28890 CHARDON RD., WILLOUGHBY HILLS (BETWEEN BISHOP RD AND RT. 91) WEDNESDAY MORNING 11 am – 12 Noon.
