Mark Gelofsack

MARK GELOFSACK, died suddenly on March 17, 2012, aged 57 years, dearly beloved husband for 18 years to Denise (nee Picone), survived by his four-legged companions Sammy, Cloe, Smokey, Misty, Bandit and Minnie, dear son of Joanne (nee Kidner) and the late Joseph, cherished brother of Mary Ann Stevens (Fred), Lynn Samas (Paul), Deborah Urquidez (Jose), Craig (Renee)(both deceased) and Joseph (Olivia), devoted uncle and great-uncle to many, treasured brother-in-law to Mary Jane Camarato, Judy and Fred Kovalik, Linda Thomas, Pat Patena, Basil and Mary Ann Picone, and Mike and Robin Picone.

Mark was a faithful follower of Jehovah, a hardworking, loyal and dedicated member of Ironworkers Local #17, and was an honest man of convictions.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made at the funeral home to any of the following organizations: The Cleveland A.P.L, 1729 Willey Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113; The Lake County Humane Society, 7564 Tyler Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060; The Euclid Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 21801 Euclid Avenue, Euclid, OH 44117; or to The Scholarship Fund of Ironworker’s Local 17, 1544 E. 23rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44114 in memory of Mark.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at the Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M.

The Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Mark at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 2:00 – 5:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
