MARK CHARLES BELDON age 50, beloved husband for 13 years of Sara (nee Ehrman); loving father of Briggs Beldon and Khara Dennison; cherished son of Jill Robbins (nee Otterbourg) and the late Art Beldon; devoted son-in-law of Natalie Stockmaster; dearest brother-in-law of Katie and Nick MacGillivray; dear uncle of Bryson and Brynley MacGillivray; treasured grandson, nephew, cousin and friend of many. Survived by his canine companion, Jack.
Mark was born on December 18, 1973 in Atlanta, Georgia. He moved to Canton, Ohio and graduated from Glen Oak High School in Canton, Ohio in 1993. As an accomplished HVAC technician, he was a proud member of the Pipe Fitters Union, Local 120. After moving to Ohio, Mark became an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan, but remained a die-hard fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs. His hobbies were golfing, coaching and biking. Being a lover of classic rock, he greatly enjoyed spending time as a drummer. His family describes him as social with strong connections, passionate, detailed, and as a jokester with a wonderful sense of humor. Above all, he was lovingly devoted to his family and faith. Mark passed away on January 24, 2024 and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family requests donations in Mark's name to be made to his Treasured Memories fund.
Celebration of Life Service Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Christ Community Church of Willoughby, 36407 Ridge Road, Willoughby, Ohio at 11:30 AM. Private family burial at Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Mark at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) TUESDAY 4-8 PM.
