MARITA A. KLEMENTS (nee Best) age 84, beloved wife of the late Bernard; loving mother of Joseph (Carol), James (Gayle), John (Donna), Susan Mason (Paul), Eugene, and Cinthia (Denise Lachowski); devoted grandmother of William, Marita, David, Thomas, Jamie, Ann, Michael, Brian, Clayton and Lucas and great-grandmother of 3; dearest sister of Eugene (Eileen), Louis (Lucy), Sr. Lois Best, S.N.D. and the late William (Carol, dec.) and Robert.

Marita was born May 13, 1930 in Cleveland.  She graduated from the Notre Dame Academy.  Marita was a long-time parishioner of St. Mary Magdalene and was very active in the church.  She was involved in the Ladies Guild, the Immaculate Heart of Mary Circle, the St. Vincent de Paul Society and served as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister.  Marita enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, baking and tending her rose garden.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially when she hosted Thanksgiving Dinner.  Marita will be remembered for her compassionate nature, and as a person overflowing with love for all.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Marita’s memory to St. Vincent de Paul Society c/o St. Mary Magdalene or Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave, Cleveland, OH  44110. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory.  Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, April 11, 2015, at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church at 11 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends and celebrate the life of Marita at the church SATURDAY from 10 – 11 AM.  Arrangements by THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS.
