Marie Ph.D

MARIE DELLAS, PhD., a published and retired full professor of Psychology at Eastern Michigan University passed away on March 1, 2009. In retirement, she became a Women’s Council member and Docent of the Cleveland Museum of Art. She endowed two scholarships at the University of Buffalo. In addition, she has an active endowment award for Creativity in the Arts at the State Teacher College in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Dellas is the beloved daughter of the late Katherine and Theodore Dellas. Loving sister of Poppy Dellas (deceased), Andrew Dellas (deceased), Helene (deceased), Ernest Dellas, Demitra Xinakes (James) and Elenie Basil (George). Loving aunt of Ted Dellas (Delores), Tom Dellas (Leslie), Bill Basil, Katie Marrone (Chris), Kathy Beder (Howard), Janice Harris (George), Susan Schmiedicker (Alan) and Mark Dellas (Karen). Devoted great-aunt of Gregory, Stephanie, Zachary, Jimmy, Kate-Marie, Christina, Alexandra, James, Michael, Nicolas, Theodore, Alexandra, Cassandra, Christopher and Andrew.
