WENDY M. STEWART, age 74; loving mother of John Kelly (Petula), William Kelly (Gabby), Carla Stamper (Tony), and Diana Alfieri (Michael); devoted grandmother of Kayla, Johnny, and Garret Kelly, William and Natalie Kelly, Tana, Casey, Kyle and Thomas Stamper, Michael, Maria, Rocco and Nina Alfieri, and great-grandmother of Chase; beloved sister of Judy Kidner, Julie Adams, Gary Stewart, Darcy Fitzgerald, and the late Bill, James and Michael Stewart; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Wendy was born on November 3, 1948 to the late Phyllis (nee Russell), and passed away on November 22, 2022 surrounded by family. She grew up in Syracuse, NY but spent many years of her life in Wickliffe, Ohio. Wendy enjoyed cooking, dancing, reading, playing cards and board games. She also enjoyed a good drink and having fun. Her kids, grandkids, and family gave her the most enjoyment in life. Wendy loved the sunshine, the beach, and the ocean. She enjoyed spending time with her sisters and grandkids and their Stewart Family Christmas gatherings. She was fun, loving, loyal, free spirited, tough, strong-willed and loved trying new things. Wendy was also a devoted mother and loved her children dearly. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Celebration of Life Service THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Wendy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91)  THURSDAY 4 PM until TIME OF SERVICE.
