MARGARET M. “PEG” NITON (nee Stack), aged 81 years, dearly beloved wife for 55 years to the late John J., dear mother of Patricia Arra (husband Scott), John C., Timothy (wife Lisa) and Christopher, loving grandmother of John William, Jacqueline and Zachary, and great-grandmother of John J., cherished daughter of the late James and Johanna (nee Lyng) Stack, cherished sister of Elizabeth Lauver, Joanie Gannon, Nellie Quinn, Nick Stack, Kathleen Paulocsak, Eddie Stack and the late James, John, Robert and Eileen Stack, fond aunt and great-aunt to many. Contributions suggested to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, OH 44110.

Margaret M. Niton, born May 10th, 1936, grew up in the Glenville area of Cleveland where she lived most of her earlier years and would eventually end up in South Euclid happily spending the rest of her life. For the many years she lived in South Euclid she would frequent the Church of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus. In her early years, she worked for Tapco and would meet he late husband. Later in life she retired from Sears where she worked as a phone operator. Margaret always enjoyed a competitive game, the scratch of a lottery ticket, an occasional glass of wine. She especially loved to watch the Indians play, but most of all she loved to spend time with her family. Margaret was especially proud of her Irish heritage. Margaret was an incredibly wonderful person, a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017 in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11 AM. Burial following in All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Peg at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) TUESDAY 4-8 PM.
