Margaret Leskovec

Margaret A. “Marge” (nee Dushak) Leskovec, 72, entered into eternal rest May 30, 2017 at Maplewood Assisted Living after a battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born in Cleveland on April 13, 1945 to the late Darko and Margaret (nee Kerzic) Dushak. Marge lived in Euclid and graduated from Euclid High School in 1963. She married her beloved husband Dave on March 13, 1965 and moved to Wickliffe in 1966. She was a long-time member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.

Marge retired from Progressive Insurance in 2007 where she worked in the customer service department. She loved traveling with her husband and visited many places including Hawaii, the Panama Canal and Europe. Besides shopping her hobbies included bingo, playing cards, bowling, camping and going to casinos. Marge valued time spent with her grandchildren and family especially during her favorite season of Christmas. Her family described her as a very loving, caring and generous person who loved to have fun.

Besides her husband Dave, of 52 years, her survivors include her children Dave Leskovec (wife Rita) of Twinsburg, Tina McGraw (husband Shawn) of Chardon,  Connie Smith (husband Michael) of Atlanta, GA and Deanna Macioce (husband Mark) of Concord; grandchildren Mary Leskovec, Patrick McGraw, Kelly McGraw , Lauren  McGraw, Brendan McGraw, Olivia Smith,  Michael Smith, Nathan Macioce, Emma Macioce and Sophia Macioce; siblings Robert Dushak and Patricia Luhta (husband Dave);  She was also a dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Margaret at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) MONDAY 4-8 PM.
