Lorraine Henery

LORRAINE S. HENERY (nee Stilin) age 93, beloved wife of the late Andrew; treasured daughter of the late Anton and Leta (nee Douglas) Stilin; dearest sister of Jay Stilin (wife Nonette deceased); loving step-mother to Pam Arey (husband Pat, deceased), Drew Henery (wife Judy), dear step-grandmother to six and step-great grandmother to one. She will especially be missed by her devoted niece Nancy Green, and her nephews Dale Stilin (wife Debbie), Eric Stilin (wife Sandy) and Scott Stilin (wife Patti).

Lorraine graduated from Bowling Green State University and taught English for many years and retired from Monticello Junior High School. She continued her enjoyment of educational pursuits as a member of the College Club and later contributed poetry and essays to a collection of works compiled at Breckenridge Village. Lorraine was good natured, clever, kind, giving, sophisticated with a great sense of humor. She was a treasured friend by so many who knew her and will be missed.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Lorraine to Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St Clair Ave, Cleveland, OH 44110. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Celebration of Life Service FRIDAY June 30, 2017 at 9:30 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at Stockport Cemetery, Stockport, OH.
