LORETTA L. CHIANCONE (nee Grassy) age 58, beloved wife for 32 years of Anthony Jr.; loving mother of Anthony III (fiancée Amanda Clark), Michael, Matthew (Devan Toncler), Krystin and the late Jennifer Ann and Kristina Irene; devoted grandmother of Alivia; cherished daughter of Janet L. Lavdis (nee Houseknecht) (husband Robert, deceased) and the late Bela Grassy; dearest sister of Janet “Janie” Kotik and Vera “Leigh” Seltzer (husband Stevie); treasured daughter-in-law of the late Anthony “AJ” and Margaret “Minnie” (nee Scaccia) Chiancone; dear sister-in-law of Denise Agresta (husband Thomas, deceased) and the late Richard (wife Frances); special niece, aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Loretta was born on May 25, 1958 in Cleveland and passed away on February 11, 2017. She was a resident of Twinsburg for 25 years. Loretta graduated from Regina High School in 1976. She was a homemaker, restaurant manager, and office administrator. Loretta was an avid reader, enjoyed writing poems and loved to cook and bake, but most enjoyed being a mom and grandma. She had an infectious smile and always brightened up the room with her presence. Loretta will be remembered most as a loving, caring, generous woman who was always there for everyone. She will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Ss. Cosmas & Damian Church 10419 Ravenna Rd., Twinsburg, OH 44087 at 11 AM. Burial following at All Saints Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Loretta at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) TUESDAY 1-4 & 5-8 PM.
