Lenke S. Treible

LENKE S. TREIBLE (nee Salamon) age 96, beloved wife of the late Arthur; loving mother of Susan Cangelosi (husband Jerome) and Janet Lipp (husband Fred); cherished grandmother of Jessica Lipp, Louis Cangelosi (Liane), Allye Lipp, Marissa Cangelosi, and Robert Lipp; devoted daughter of the late Alexander and Mary (nee Klimek) Salamon; dearest sister of the late Esther Fodor and the late Rosemary Salamon.

Lenke was born on February 23, 1923 and passed peacefully on Sunday July 14, 2019. Lenke was born in Cleveland and lived in Lyndhurst for over 50 years. She graduated from John Hay High School and worked in the office at Standard Oil Company. Lenke was a member of the First Hungarian Reformed Church located in Walton Hills (relocated from the Buckeye Rd. area) and Church of the Savior in Cleveland Heights. She loved playing the piano, sewing, traveling and playing golf. She was devoted and faithful to her family, and her grandchildren were the light of her life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
