Lawrence A. Wolf

LAWRENCE A. WOLF age 81, husband of Margaret (nee O’Neill); loving father of Rebecca Wolf and Mary (Tom Keeper) Wolf; grandfather of Ivy and Edy Keeper; cherished son of the late Harry and Barbara (nee Bernert); dearest brother of Margaret (Edward) Thomas, Joan (Lawrence) Gribben, and the late Marjorie (Charles, deceased) Giles, Clara (Kenneth, deceased) Wycherley, Dorothy (Ernest, deceased) Winzenreid, John (Dolores, deceased) Wolf, Lois (Roberto, deceased) Quiroz, Richard (Genevieve, deceased) Wolf, Robert Wolf, and Thomas (Betty, deceased) Wolf; dear uncle and friend of many, especially Betty Pinelli; companion to his cat Cinders and his dogs Shatze and Archie who passed before him.

Lawrence was born on October 21, 1941, in Wheeling, West Virginia and proudly served in the United States Air Force. Hard working, he dedicated many years as a Credit Manager for Charter One Bank before earning his retirement. Larry also loved volunteering with Archie, his therapy dog, at the Cleveland Clinic. The two of them would visit the hospital and spread happiness to the patients and their caregivers. His love for his animals was unmeasurable. He enjoyed playing pranks on family and friends. On December 15, 2022, Larry passed away leaving those who loved him missing him dearly.

Contributions may be made in memory of Larry to Best Friends Animal Society.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
