Laverne Vrabec

LAVERNE M. VRABEC (nee Kocin) age 87, beloved wife of Stanley E.; loving mother of Tina Vrabec (husband Jesse Wainright); devoted grandmother of Kayla Vrabec; dearest sister of Loretta Schroeder (husband Harvey, dec.).

LaVerne was born September 8, 1927 in Cleveland. She graduated from Collinwood High School and worked for GE and Higbee’s. LaVerne enjoyed sewing, boating, gardening and bowling. She will be remembered as a lot of fun, but also for her quiet nature.

Prayers of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 11 AM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91). Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of LaVerne at THE FUNERAL HOME MONDAY 4 – 8 PM.
