Laura Marie Levereaux

LAURA MARIE LEVEREAUX (nee Markel), aged 57 years, beloved wife for 25 years to David G., loving mother of David, cherished daughter of Carolyn (nee Malovrh) and the late Joseph, devoted sister of Bro. Joseph, S.M., Ruth Austin (husband Larry), James, Carl (wife Karyn), Frances Markel (husband Dale Levandier) and the late William, treasured aunt of 9 and great-aunt of 2.

Mrs. Levereaux died Friday at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born on June 24, 1953 in Euclid. She was a 25 year resident of Willoughby Hills, previously residing in Euclid. She attended Holy Cross Elementary Schools, Regina High School, and received a B.S. in mathematics from Notre Dame College in South Euclid. She was employed as an accountant at Euclid Foreign, and later as an office manager at Select Aire in Cleveland. She loved watching high school sports, especially basketball and soccer, and enjoyed watching her nieces and nephew run track. She enjoyed traveling, history, and visiting museums on her trips. She was a poll worker for Lake county voting and a volunteer for the Boy Scouts. She also did volunteer tutoring at Adrian School in South Euclid.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at St. Noel Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Burial following in All Souls Cemetery.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Laura at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
