Kristina Blatnik

KRISTINA BLATNIK (nee Gramc) age 81; beloved wife for 48 years of Henry; loving mother of Diane Savor (husband Damir), Helen Melnick (husband Jeffery, deceased) and Frank (wife Shanti); devoted grandmother of Ashley, Holly, Jeffery Jr., twins Lydia and Sophia, Scott and Katia; treasured daughter of the late Janez and Marija (nee Kodric) Gramc; dearest sister of Pepca and Zofka Pavlin and Rezka Lavrinsek of Slovenija and the late Janez, Franz, Alojzij Gramc and Mimi Kozar.

Kristina was a resident of Wickliffe since 1960 after emigrating from Slovenia. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, the SNPJ, AMLA, Jadran Singing Society and Progressive Slovene Women of America. She enjoyed gardening, swimming, cooking, baking and listening to Slovenian music. Her family gave her the most enjoyment! She will be fondly remembered as a joyful, kind-hearted, devoted and loving wife and mother.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Kristina at THE ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME 28890 CHARDON RD. (BETWEEN BISHOP RD AND RT. 91) WILLOUGHBY HILLS FRIDAY 3-5 AND 6-8 PM.
