Kevin J. Zavodny

KEVIN J. ZAVODNY age 45, passed away peacefully and unexpectedly at his home on January 14, 2019;  loving father of Maier and Merrik; cherished son of Jay and Susan (nee Frischkorn); dearest brother of Robyn Lojek (husband Richard); dear uncle of Alexa Fees and Felicity Lojek; treasured grandson of the late George and Sara Frischkorn, and the late John and Lillian Zavodny; dear nephew and cousin of many.

Kevin was a resident of Willoughby Hills for 13 years.  He graduated from Chardon High School and attended Bowling Green State University.  Kevin was a dedicated coach of soccer for the Willoughby Soccer Club.  He was a Project Manager and worked at Cleveland Steel Tool Company for the past 26 years.  Kevin’s passions were soccer and skiing.  His two boys gave him the most enjoyment in life.  The holidays with his boys were his favorite times of the year.  Kevin was an independent thinker, devoted father, loyal, intelligent, focused, loving and had a great sense of humor.  He will be dearly missed.
