Ken and Rosemary welcomed their 4 children into their home and set about teaching them many, many things guided by three strong principles: Faith, Family, and Education. Ken’s children and grandchildren remember him as a kind, loving, fun, and sacrificing father/grandfather who encouraged and enabled them to pursue their goals with passion and purpose, all while returning the glory to God for their accomplishments. His extended family and numerous friends remember him as a true friend and supportive man who would help any one in need at any time.
Ken was passionate about his faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ having been saved as a young man. He dedicated his life to supporting his church family in many roles as Sunday School teacher, Royal Ranger Commander, Softball Team Player and Manager, Choir Member, Band Member, and Deacon/Board Member. He was generous with his time and resources, providing support to pastors and staff, missionaries, programs, and families in need. Ken was an accomplished musician, playing his tuba, singing, and passing on the love of music to his family. Ken loved sports, camping, and socializing with family and friends.
