Kelly Richards

KELLY RICHARDS (nee Prymmer), born July 7, 1960 in Cleveland, passed away on September 12, 2015 at age 55. She was the beloved wife of James; loving mother of Jeremy and step-mother of Jessica and Cathy; dearest daughter of John and Geraldine “Jeri” (nee Fontes) Prymmer; devoted sister of John Prymmer (Bridget Toon), Tracey Keller (husband Kurt) and Paige Prymmer (Brian Wardlow); cherished granddaughter of the late Vivian Alford; treasured aunt of Tyffani Richards, Todd Kooser (wife Amy), Cody Taylor, Tyler Kooser, Tommy Kooser, Clint Keller, Megan Schleyer (husband Zach) and the late Taylor Kooser and great-aunt of Michael and Christopher; dear niece, cousin and friend of many.

Kelly had been a resident of Auburn Township for 54 years and was a parishioner at St. Helen Catholic Church. She graduated from Kenston High School in 1980. Kelly was a collection specialist for Merry X-Ray. She loved NASCAR racing and traveling to Naples. Kelly loved listening to country music. Her son, Jeremy gave her the most enjoyment in life. Kelly will be remembered most as always smiling, being very positive, having a wonderful laugh or giggle and always looking at the glass half full. She loved to party with her nieces and nephews, she was the life of the party.

Contributions may be made in Kelly’s memory to St. Helen Building Fund 12060 Kinsman Road, Newbury, OH 44024. Relatives and friends are invited to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at St. Helen Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following in Shadyside Cemetery, Auburn Township. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Kelly at THE DEJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY OF CHARDON (formerly Ritondaro) 126 SOUTH ST. (Rt. 44, south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) TUESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
