Kayla Hoover

KAYLA NICOLE HOOVER age 15, beloved daughter of Jennifer Radicella and Robert Hoover (wife Laura); loving sister to Gianna Rapposelli and step-sister of  Rylan and Lillian Haynes; cherished granddaughter of  Frank Radicella (fiancé Sue Yeagley), Jan Frank (John) and Craig and Linette Hoover Sr.; adored niece of Frank Radicella (wife Heather), Chris Radicella, Lisa Hammond (husband Andy) and Craig Hoover (wife Carrie); dearest great niece, cousin and friend of many. Kayla is survived by her cherished cat Oreo and her dogs Hershey and Snickers.

Kayla was born on July 11, 2002 and passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 8, 2018. She lived in Mayfield Hts. and was a sophomore at Mayfield High School where she was an honoree member of the Mayfield Wildcats Girls Sports teams and was given a letter jacket. Kayla was super artistic and creative. She had a passion for crafting. Kayla loved to knit, solve puzzles and draw. She was a great cook and truly enjoyed baking. Kayla also enjoyed her time fishing. She could be found listening to any of her favorite Katy Perry , Eminem or Luke Bryant songs. She loved her music. Kayla truly loved being with her family and celebrating Christmas.  Her cat Oreo and her dogs Hershey and Snickers meant the world to her.  Kayla’s Panda project was truly amazing. She donated as many pandas as possible to various organizations and charities. Kayla was a true fighter. She was a very polite, caring and loving young lady.  She had a great sense of humor and will always be remember for these great quotes, “holy guacamole,” “awesome sausages,” “oh barnacles,” and most importantly, at bedtime, “lots and lots forever and ever.” Kayla will forever be missed.

Celebration of Life Service FRIDAY July 13, 2018 at 10 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Kayla at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.)  THURDAY 2-4 & 5-8 PM.
