KATHLEEN “KATHY” PHELAN (nee Blausen) age 77, loving mother of Katy Miozzi (husband Frank) and Tricia Phelan. Devoted grandmother of Vincent, Norman, Bridget, Luke and Eileen; cherished daughter of the late George and Martha (nee McClements) Blausen.
