Kathleen Kniess

KATHLEEN M. KNIESS (nee McDonald), 84, passed away at Hospice of the Western Reserve on Jan. 17, 2012. Kathleen was born in Denver, Colorado on Nov. 11, 1927 to the late Edgar and Marie McDonald. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Jack Reginald Kniess. She is survived by her son, Harry Russell Kniess (Tawny), her daughter Debora K. Schneider (Steven), and her grandchildren Drew Schneider and Jessica Holliday (Chris). We remember Kathleen as a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, as well as a teacher for over 30 years with Cleveland Public Schools. In her retirement years, she enjoyed being a nanny and a pet sitter for many. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012 at the funeral home at 12 Noon. Entombment following in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
