Kathleen F. Weizer

KATHLEEN F. WEIZER (nee Wittig), age 70; beloved wife for 40 years of John P.; loving mother of Laura Scott (husband Les), Dianne Wagner (husband Rich), Paul, Lisa Sorenson, Michael Sorenson and Kristin Gephart; devoted grandmother of 10; cherished daughter of the late Earl and Cecelia (nee Fitzgibbons) Wittig; dearest sister of Charles Wittig (wife Colleen) and sister-in-law of Victor “Bud” and Kay Weizer; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Kathy was a resident of Mayfield Heights and a Mayfield Heights Jaycee Alumni. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and needle pointing. Her family remembers her as a wonderful mother, stubborn, feisty, goodhearted and funny. She most of all enjoyed being with her husband John, children, grandchildren and all of her family.

Prayers of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 10:00 AM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.). Burial following at Chester Township Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Kathy at the Funeral Home on FRIDAY from 2:00 to 4:00 and 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
