KATHERINE ANN BERGOLC (nee Melago), aged 89 years, beloved wife for 48 years to the late Richard; loving mother of Richard (wife Nancy), William (wife Catherine), Elaine Laurienzo (husband Nick), James and the late Robert; devoted grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 12; cherished daughter of the late Paul and Anna (nee Kauchmer) Melago; dearest sister of Anna, Elizabeth, and the late Paul and Martha and deceased great-grandson Aaron; fond aunt and great-aunt of many.

Katherine, a resident of Richmond Heights, died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017 at Hillcrest Hospital. She was born Feb. 17, 1928 in Cleveland. She was a former resident of Willowick. She was a 1946 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She was a member of the AT&T Pioneers and enjoyed their luncheons. She enjoyed the holidays with her family and outings with her friends.

Funeral Services Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 at the funeral home at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Katherine at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 3-7 PM.
