June Ebersole

JUNE H. EBERSOLE (nee Hinman), age 97; beloved wife of the late Horace G.; loving mother of Cheryl Burich (husband Jim), Linda Babb (husband Jack) and Cynthia Whittaker (husband Tom); devoted grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 17; cherished sister of the late Virginia Marquitz, Doris Fagley and Sterling Hinman.

June was a resident of Kirtland for 2 years after moving from Lyndhurst where she lived from 1948 to 2012. She was a member of the Mayfield United Methodist Church since 1985 and part of the Women’s Circle. A graduate of Glenville High School and Western Reserve College, June taught English at Memorial Junior High School and worked for the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Board of Education. She enjoyed traveling, drawing and reading. She loved spending time with her family and they will remember her as a cheerful, religious woman who loved history.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in June’s memory to The Mayfield United Methodist Church Children’s Playground Fund.

Celebration of Life Service Monday, October 6, 2014 at 11 AM at THE MAYFIELD UNITED METHODIST CHURCH 7747 Mayfield Rd., Chesterland, OH 44026. Burial following at Whitehaven Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of June AT THE CHURCH MONDAY MORNING 10-11 AM.
