JUDITH ANN NETZBAND (nee Furcsik) age 78, beloved wife for 50 years of the late David Netzband; loving mother of Michael Netzband (wife Susan) and Kristin Pohlig (husband Taylor); devoted grandmother of Ian, Harper, and Christian; cherished daughter of the late John and Anna (nee Preszichan) Furcsik; dearest sister of John Furcsik (wife Sandra) and Sandra Holpit (husband Richard, deceased); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.
Judith was born in Cleveland on December 17, 1942 and passed away peacefully on December 27, 2020. She was a lifetime resident of Chesterland, and a retiree from Ohio Bell. In her free time she enjoyed watching musicals and movie classics- she especially enjoyed Westerns, and anything with Paul Newman. Judy adored her fur babies and goldfish- Jaws, Shakespeare, and Peanut. She was a diligent Cleveland Indians and Browns fan and loved listening to Elvis. She loved baking, Christmas and proudly celebrating her Hungarian and Romanian heritage. Judy was an amazing and strong-willed woman. She was an incredible wife, mother, and grandmother. She instilled her feisty, yet loving, demeanor within her family, leaving a lifelong legacy. Judy will be dearly missed by everyone she knew.
