Judith Mccandlish

JUDITH A. McCANDLISH (nee Heller) age 71, beloved wife for 43 years of Patrick; loving mother of Jacqueline Haller (husband Richard), Patrick and Ryan (wife Christine); devoted grandmother of Arabella, Gabriella, Robert and Ryan Jacob; cherished daughter of Mildred (nee Joseph) and the late Robert Heller; dearest sister of Laurel Abrams (husband Ronald); dear sister-in-law and aunt of many.

Judy was a resident of Mayfield Heights for the past 40 years, previously of Shaker Heights. She graduated from Shaker Heights High School. Judy retired from Progressive Insurance as a Benefits Manager after 26 years. Her favorite music was from the 40’s, Elvis Presley and Pavarotti. Judy enjoyed cooking and gardening. Her grandkids gave Judy the most enjoyment in life, she loved being a grandma. Judy will be remembered most for her strong will and sense of humor. She was very caring and giving especially to her children and grandchildren.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Judy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 4-8 PM. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory.
