Joyce L. Gibb

JOYCE L. GIBB (nee DeMore) age 80, beloved wife for 56 years of Andrew; loving mother of Margaret (Mike) Magewski, Theresa Quinn, Jacqueline (Steve) Knack, Richard (Bonnie) Quinn, Andrew (Angie), and John (Traci); devoted grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 11; cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (nee Antenucci) DeMore; dearest sister of George (Ginger) DeMore; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Joyce was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio on June 19, 1941, and passed away on May 21, 2022. She proudly worked as an LPN for many years before her retirement. After, retirement she had more time to spend reading and spending time with her family. Her love for animals extended as far as her art talents. She was extremely loving and caring to everyone and everything and accepted all. Joyce will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Joyce to either St. Jude, a food bank of choice, or an animal shelter of your choice.

Celebration of Life Service Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 1PM at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Joyce at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) WEDNESDAY June 15th 10 AM – 1 PM.
