JOSEPHINE N. (ABOOD) BURGER (nee Nemer), age 85. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Burger and Badih Abood. Loving mother of Marie Abood, Marcelle Hughes (husband Robert) Teresa Abood-Martin and the late Alexander Abood (wife Nancy) and Jeannette Abood. Devoted grandmother of Jacob, Cindy, Tina and great-grandmother of two. Dearest sister of Lorraine Simon, Margaret Nemer, Florence Nader and the late Norman Nemer (wife Rose) and Evelyn Ina. Dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 11:00 AM at St. Maron Catholic Church 1245 Carnegie Ave. Interment following at Calvary Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Josephine at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 5-9 PM. Prayers of Incense will begin on Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
