Joseph Zakraysek

JOSEPH M. ZAKRAYSEK, age 87. Beloved husband for 65 years of Margaret J. (nee Slivenik). Loving father of Dennis J. (wife Tracy). Devoted grandfather of Amanda and Jeffrey. Cherished son of the late Joseph M., Sr. and Mary (nee Skubic). Dear brother of Ann Volcjak, Mary Welch, Christine Welsh, Helen Fisher, Jenny Kusher, and Molly Beebe (deceased).

Born October 27, 1926 in Krayn, PA, Joseph was a resident of South Euclid and member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church (later Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish) since 1964. He was a World War II U.S. Army Veteran, member of the American Legion and the SNJP.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 1545 S. Green Rd., South Euclid, at 9:30 AM. Burial following with Military Honors at Knollwood Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Joseph at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) MONDAY 3-5 and 6-8 PM.
