Joseph Yurchak

JOSEPH P. YURCHAK age 67; beloved husband of the late Connie (nee Copen); loving father of Michael (wife Carla) and Carrie Demas (husband Bill) of AZ; devoted grandfather of Ashley and Ava Demas, Stella Yurchak and the late Parker Demas; treasured son of the late Nicholas and Josephine (nee Wesosky); cherished brother of Margaret Greene (husband Darryl); dearest companion of Karen Kirksey; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Joe was a resident of Kent since 2007 when he moved from Newbury. A graduate of St. Joseph High School (Class of 1965), Joe attended Kent State University and worked as a sales representative selling cigars until his retirement. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, watching movies, sharing meals and savoring a good cigar. He will be remembered as a laid-back, easy-going, soft-spoken, loving, caring, jovial man who would often simply “go with the flow”.

Celebration of Life Service Saturday, July 19, 2014 at 11 AM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91). Entombment following at Western Reserve Memorial Park Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Joe at the FUNERAL HOME SATURDAY 9-11 AM.
