Joseph Jarc

JOSEPH JARC  81, of Willoughby Hills.  It is with deep sadness that we announce  his sudden passing on December 18, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.  Joseph was the beloved husband of 55 years to Milena (nee Smolic); loving father of Josephine (Mark) Pophal, Milena  (Mark) Matzinger and Thomas (Tania); cherished grandfather of Charlie, Ali, Megan, Maggie, Anna, Sophia, Lilly and Bella; dearest  brother of Anton, France, Maria Sterbenk and Ana Cesar; dear uncle and friend to many.

Born in Dobernic, Slovenia , he was very proud of his heritage. He was a member of Slovenska Pristava and  a retired Caterpillar and Pako employee. Joseph was devoted to his family and church and will be missed dearly.

Memorial donations  in his name can be made to St. John of the Cross Catholic Church 140 Richmond Rd. Euclid, OH 44143.

Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. Tuesday December 22, 2015 at St. John of the Cross Church followed by burial in All Souls Cemetery.  Family will receive friends at the ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME 28890 CHARDON RD. (BETWEEN BISHOP RD. AND RT. 91) WILLOUGHBY HILLS 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. MONDAY.
