JOSEPH R. BACKOS, aged 76 years, beloved husband for 54 years to Marie (nee Vinsick), dear father of Denise Spiros (husband Guy), Roberta Suydam (husband Scott) and the late Robert J., loving grandfather of Nicholas Spiros, and Taylor, Matthew and Ryan Suydam, cherished son of the late Joseph and Mary (nee Seman), devoted brother of Edward (wife Helen), Richard (wife Sara) and the late Bobbie, fond uncle and great-uncle.

Funeral services Friday, May 16, 2014 at the funeral home at 7:30 PM. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Joe at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) FRIDAY 4 PM UNTIL TIME OF SERVICES.
