John was born September 26, 1942 in Uniontown, PA. He was a Teamster truck driver and after he retired he became the owner/operator of the Hickory Lake Inn in Newbury. John enjoyed restoring cars but his pride and joy was his time with his grandsons and spending time at the lake with family and friends fishing. He was very social and loved to travel. Every year he and his wife of 9 years, Deborah, would spend a month in Mexico where John would entertain his family and friends with his “almost” Spanish. John will be greatly missed by his family, the community and friends from all over the country including “The Herd from 93rd”.
