John “Jack” Harrington

John Patrick Harrington, age 77 of Scottsdale, Arizona, died June 9, 2019. Beloved son of the late Patrick and Margaret (nee Driscoll) Harrington, originally of County Cork, Ireland, dear brother of Mary Crotty (husband Larry, deceased), Daniel Harrington and the late Robert Harrington. He was the dear uncle of Laura Crotty, James Crotty (wife Michelle), Maureen Westropp (husband Tim), Daniel Harrington (wife Lorie), Dana Harrington, Michael Harrington (wife Kelley) and Kelly Dingess (husband Rich) and Great uncle of 14.

Jack was born on May 7, 1942 in Cleveland and passed away on June 9, 2019 in Scottsdale Arizona. He was a resident of Arizona for over 30 years, previously a resident of South Euclid. Jack was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Cleveland and St. Patrick Catholic Church in Scottsdale. He attended St. Aloysius Grade School until 1956 and graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 1960. Jack then earned his RPh pharmacy degree from the University of Toledo in 1965. He proudly worked as a pharmacist for Miller Drug and CVS in Cleveland and Osco Drug in Scottsdale. Jack was an avid Cleveland sports fan and especially loved the Browns. He was reserved, hardworking, and caring. Jack was giving and devoted to his family. He will be dearly missed by all.
