JOHN J. GRUTTADAURIO age 57, awesome father and best friend of Megan; beloved son of Joseph and Edith (nee Lembo); loving big brother of Ali; former husband of Betsy (nee Poduska); dear nephew, cousin and friend of many.

John was born on November 12, 1959 in Cleveland and passed away on December 31, 2016. He was a resident of Cleveland. John graduated from Cleveland Heights High School in 1978 sang in the Cleveland Heights High School Choir. He attended Case Western Reserve University and graduated Cleveland State University. John attended and graduated law school at the University of Cincinnati. He was the owner/operator of JJG Courier. John loved sports especially hockey, baseball, and college basketball. He was a Cleveland sports fan including the Indians, OSU, Cavs and Browns. John loved music and loved to sing. He will be remembered most as a witty, very knowledgeable, private and intelligent man who had a sense of humor. John was an awesome father and will be dearly missed.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of John at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) FRIDAY 2-4 & 5-8 PM.
