John A. Lally

JOHN A. LALLY age 71, loving father of Heather Kramer (husband Michael) and Susan Jones (husband Jerome); devoted grandfather of Lauren, Bailey, Rylee, Raegan, Romy and Jayden; cherished son of the late Joseph and Wilma (nee Petzinger); dearest brother of Mary Louise “Pidge” Ward (husband Jack, deceased), William (wife Marsha) and the late Joseph (wife Jessica); former husband of Susan LaGatta (husband Lester); dear uncle and great-uncle and friend of many.

John was born on February 23, 1948 and sadly passed away on May 9, 2019 surrounded by his family after a battle with colon cancer and leukemia. He grew up in Cleveland Hts and graduated Shaw High School in 1968. John was the owner and operator of his company, Lally Electric. John was very family oriented and loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. He was a spiritual man who had a lot of faith. John was very social, outgoing and had a great sense of humor. He will be remembered most and loving, witty and faithful. John will be forever missed.

Relatives and friends are requested to meet for Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at St Anselm Catholic Church 12969 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026 at 10 AM. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Burial following at All Saints. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of John at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) TUESDAY MAY 21st 4-8PM.
