JAMES P. MARRIE, age 66; beloved husband for 37 years of Linda (nee Kay); loving father of Ryan (wife Terri) and Kristen Morelli (husband Tony); devoted grandfather of Claire, Connor and Kayleigh; cherished son of the late Thomas and Winifred (nee Heraghty); treasured brother of Thomas (wife Carole), Nancy and the late Mary Laubenthal (husband James) and Jack (wife Marcia, deceased); dear uncle, great-uncle and friend of many.

Jim graduated from St.Joseph High School and received an Associates Degree from TriC. He was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with his family. Jim’s family remembers him as soft spoken, kind and caring.

Contributions may be made in Jim’s memory to Seidman Cancer Center, 11100 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Relatives and friends are invited to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, Ohio 44040. Burial following at Lake View Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jim at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on TUESDAY from 3:00 to 8:00 PM.
