Jennie T. Kruchowsky (Damanti)

JENNIE T. KRUCHOWSKY (nee Damanti), age 87; beloved wife of the late George; loving sister of Grace Mangano (husband William, deceased) and the late Frances Todaro (husband Frank, deceased), Josephine Amedeo (husband Dominic, deceased) and Sam Damanti; devoted aunt of Anthony (wife Anne Marie), Thomas, Renee, and Reinette Mangano, Matthew Amedeo and Janet Carter (husband Charles); great-aunt and friend of many.

Jennie was a resident of Warrensville after moving from Woodland in 1956. A graduate of John Adams High School, she worked in a greenhouse at the West Side Market. She was close to her nieces and nephews and they considered her a “Second Mother”. In her free time, she also enjoyed gardening and listening to big band music.

Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Friday, May 24, 2013 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 401 North Street, Chardon at 11:30 AM. Burial following in Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jennie at THE DEJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY OF CHARDON (formerly Ritondaro) 126 SOUTH ST. (Rt. 44, south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) THURSDAY 4-8 PM.
