Jela Milicevic

Jela Milicevic (nee Tomic) age 73, beloved wife for 52 years of Rajko; loving mother of Tomislav “Tom” (wife Christy) and the late Mark; cherished daughter of the late Ivo and Janja Tomic (nee Blazevic) ; dearest sister of Marica Popadic (husband Kazimir), Marko Tomic (wife Jela), Ankica Hudolin (husband Ivan, deceased), and Ilia Tomic.

Jela was born on Christmas day in 1948 in Bosnia.  She moved to the US from Austria in 1970.  A resident of Euclid for over 45 years, she loved to cook and bake and cook for her family and friends.  She spent much of her time with her favorite canine companion, Molly.  Jela enjoyed gardening, traveling, crocheting and knitting for her loved ones.  She loved spending her time listening to Croatian music and will be remembered as a hardworking, social, friendly person who was a devoted and loving wife and mother.  She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jela’s memory to St. Robert & William Catholic Church, 367 E. 260^th Euclid OH 44132. Prayers of Christian Burial MONDAY, September 12, 2022 at 1 PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jela at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) MONDAY 10 AM- 1 PM.
