JEFFREY F. BOLEK age 57, died May 13, 2011 unexpectedly after a brief illness. Beloved son of Marjorie and the late Frank. Dearest brother of Lynne Gray (husband Jerry), Frank (wife Kathy) and Mary Zeitz (husband Edward). Loving uncle of Frankie and Anna. A Tribute Service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91). Interment following at Evergreen Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jeff at the Funeral Home on TUESDAY from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.

Jeff was a resident of Chesterland for 3 years and previously resided in Lyndhurst. Jeff was a machinist by trade. He liked repairing cars and refinishing furniture.
