Jeff Pitrone

JEFF PITRONE age 69, beloved husband for 43 years of Gayle (nee Haddad); loving father of Patrick (wife Colleen) and Jessica Jais (husband Aaron); devoted Papa of James, Sean, Lucy and Henry; cherished son of the late Peter and Mollie (nee McGrath); dearest brother of Michael “Mac” (wife Jeannie), Russell “Rusty” (wife Jerrie), Mark (wife Deborah) and Ellen Pitrone (husband Larry Dennis); treasured son-in-law of the late James and Geraldine Haddad; dearest brother-in-law of Jamey and Mary Kay Haddad, Ginger and Peter Lamb; dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend of many.

Jeff was born on March 24, 1948 in Cleveland and passed away on October 10, 2017. He was a resident of Mayfield Village for 29 years, formerly of Willoughby Hills. Jeff was a member of Mayfield Country Club, Deep Springs Trout Club and a longtime member of Acacia Country Club. He graduated from Mayfield High School in 1966 and attended Cleveland State University. Jeff was the owner/operator of USA Insulation. He loved golf, spending time with his family and traveling, especially to Aruba and Italy. Jeff will be remembered most as an outgoing, strong-willed, determined and very generous man. He was hardworking, intelligent, logical and very bright. Jeff enjoyed entertaining his friends and family at his home. He was funny, witty and a great story teller. Jeff will be greatly missed.

Celebration of Life Service Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory. Private burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jeff at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 1-4 & 5-8 PM.
