James Joseph Valvoda, 53. Survived by his dear sister and brother; his cherished and loved extended family, his friends, and his devoted canine companion Ashia.
Jimmy was born in Cleveland and lived his entire life in the Mayfield area. His love of nature brought him to a successful career in landscaping. Continuing his love of the outdoors and rooting on the great teams of Cleveland, “Congratulations Indians.” Jimmy’s gentleness and kindness extended to all animals as they could feel his genuine warmth. “Ask Jimmy for anything, to do anything and he would be there, no question, he was family to all of us,” says his best friend. “He would drop everything to help anyone.” Jimmy will be missed deeply by many. We love you.
Jimmy’s friends will be celebrating his life Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 3-5pm at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) Donations in lieu of flowers.
