James Petruccio

JAMES P. PETRUCCIO age 75, beloved husband for 42 years of Sue: loving father of Debbie Ferritto (Joe), and Theresa Petruccio; devoted grandfather of Olivia and Nick Ferritto; cherished son of the late Gus and Mary (nee Zampino); dearest brother of twins Charles (wife Laurel), and Robert (wife Launa); dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend of many.

Jim was born in Cleveland on September 13, 1944, and passed away peacefully on August 16, 2020.  Jim attended St. Philomena Elementary School in East Cleveland, graduated from Benedictine High School and went on to receive his Bachelors degree from John Carroll University, and then worked as a Bookstore Manager for 35 years at CWRU. Jim enjoyed watching all sports, loved music, and was an avid reader. He loved the Metroparks, where he went walking with his wife, and enjoyed spotting wild animals and birds. He enjoyed golfing and travelling, and has enjoyed visiting the Far East, China, Italy, Hawaii, and especially Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Jim was social, outgoing, and friendly, with a good sense of humor.  He was loyal, and loved having people all around him.  He will be dearly missed by many.
