JAMES A. KRIZ age 61, beloved husband for 34 years of Robin (nee Opper); loving father of Geoffrey (wife Brankica); cherished son of Mildred (nee Rustand) and the late Albert; dearest brother of Frank (wife Anne), Donna Harmon and Kenneth (wife Linda); nephew of Frederick Leek; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.
Jim was a 61 year resident of Willoughby Hills and a parishioner of St. John of the Cross Catholic Church. Jim was a member of the Crooked Creek Conservation Club. He graduated from Willoughby South High School in 1974, and worked for Joseph Industries as a pricing manager. Jim was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the outdoors and being on the road with his Harley. Jim enjoyed relaxing, listening to country music and spending time with his family. He was a walking encyclopedia, a go-to guy, Mr. Fix-It, as he was very knowledgeable. Jim was reserved but had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.
Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, December 17, 2016 at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens. Visitation at THE ZEVNIK-COSIC FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
