James H. Rogers

JAMES H. ROGERS, JR., age 92; beloved husband for 64 years of the late Violet (nee Gradwahl); loving father of Brad (wife Patricia); devoted grandfather of Amy Silbaugh (husband Kerry) and Andrew (wife Kelly) and great-grandfather of Drew and AnnaRose; cherished son of the late James J. Sr. and Wilda (nee Cox); dearest brother of the late Ernest, Raymond, Wilda DeMarco and Laurene Rogers; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

James was a WW II U.S. Army Veteran. Formerly of Florida and Euclid, OH, James moved to South Euclid 10 years ago. He worked as a milkman for Euclid Race Dairy. In his free time, James was a fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and enjoyed bowling and listening to country music. He was very proud of his son graduating from high school and college. His family will remember him as a generous man who very much loved his family.

A Celebration of Life Service in James memory with Military Honors will be Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 2 PM at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.). Private inurnment at Whitehaven Memorial Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jim at the FUNERAL HOME SATURDAY 11-2 PM.
