JAMES J. CUNNINGHAM, born November 27, 1964 to the late James B. and Dorothy (nee Smith) and passed away April 2, 2015 at age 50. Cherished and loving friend of Bonnie Lisch; loving brother to Kelly of Wickliffe, John “Sean” (wife Jennifer) of Strongsville, Michael (wife Marlene) of California, Ryan (wife Christie) of South Euclid and the late Daniel; devoted uncle of Scott, Julia, Kaylee, Nicole, Aidan, Collin and Cameron; dear nephew, cousin and friend of many. Jim leaves behind his loving K-9 companions Tank and Thunder.
Jim lived in Streetsboro for the past 20 years previously in Willowick and South Euclid. He has been a faithful member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Streetsboro and previously of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Jim graduated from Brush High School in 1982. He then entered the family business, Cunningham and Associates Tax Services, which was started by Jim’s grandfather, and worked alongside his father. Jim was a professional barbequer; he loved to spend his free time traveling and golfing. He was a true Cleveland sports fan watching the Indians, Browns, Cavaliers and Gladiators. Jim loved to listen to 80’s music. Bonnie gave him the most enjoyment in life. Jim will be remembered most as a hard worker and reserved man who loved his family and was loved by his clients, friends and family.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11:00 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jim at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) MONDAY 1-4 and 5-8 PM.
