JACQUELYN THERESE “JACKIE” BOTTS age 26; devoted mother of Olivia and Lyla; cherished daughter of Christopher and Christine (nee Halsey) Botts; loving sister of Amanda; beloved grand-daughter of Raymond and the late Carol Halsey, and the late Leonard and Rosemarie Botts; treasured niece of Bill and Ruth Halsey, Ken and Jeanie Balogh, Tim and Sherrie Hare and Greg Botts; dear niece, cousin and friend of many.

Jacquelyn was born on February 23, 1990 and passed away on October 8, 2016. She was a resident of Montville. Jackie was a graduate of Fieldstone Academy in Auburn Township, and Ledgemont High School. She worked as a nursing assistant for Chardon Health Care. Jacquelyn loved the outdoors, fishing, going to the beach, helping to hunt, sports, traveling, cheerleading, snowmobiling, and even working on cars. She received the most enjoyment in life from her family, horses, and most especially her beautiful girls. Jackie was a devoted mother and aunt. She was full of life and had a personality that would fill your heart. She was loving, fun, outgoing and affectionate. Jackie’s smile was contagious and she touched everyone’s heart. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church 401 North St, Chardon, OH 44024. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Jackie at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) THURSDAY 4-8 PM.
