INGRID M. WOLTER (nee Peterson) age 75, beloved wife for 54 years of Lyn; loving mother of Brad (wife Ellen), Tracey Wolter, and Kierston Huffnagle (husband Kirk); devoted grandmother of Gabrielle and Tyler Parsson; cherished daughter of the late Carl Peterson and Frances Perryman; dearest sister of Paul DuFour (wife Janine), Michael DuFour (wife Karen), Richard Parrish and the late Noel Parrish; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Ingrid was born on December 8, 1941 in Norfolk, Virginia and passed away on November 27, 2017. She was a resident of Mentor for 3 years, formerly residing in Novelty. Ingrid was the owner/operator of a printing computer security business. She also worked for Lowes Greenhouse and the Woman Wellness Center. Ingrid loved golf, writing, painting and an avid reader. She was artistic, loved to cook and shop. Ingrid will be remembered most as an outgoing, social, and very caring woman who was an excellent cook. She was positive, funny, witty and will be dearly missed.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Celebration of Life Service Monday December 4, 2017 at 10 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at Riverview Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ingrid at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.)  SUNDAY 3-7 PM.
