Helene V. Zallnick

HELENE V. ZALLNICK (nee Kitchel) born August 12, 1920, passed away July 2, 2011. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Anthony; cherished daughter Laurel (Robert) Schuerings; parents John and Elizabeth (Milinku); sister Regina Casar; brothers Frank, Harry and George. She leaves wonderful memories to her survivors: devoted son Anthony (Joan) Zallnick Jr. and loving daughter Noel Mariam; treasured grandchildren Jack (Renee) Zallnick, Tiffany (AJ) Monaco, Deirdre (Eric) Depew, Gedeon (Marsey) and Matthew Mariam, Ellyn (Dan) Whiteash and Tim Schuerings; great-grandchildren Anna, Aiden and Austin Zallnick, Abby and Peter Monaco, Andrew and Claire Depew; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who admired and loved her dearly. She loved doing things for and with her family, baking exquisite pastries and cookies, hosting holiday family dinners, sewing beautiful clothes for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, most memorable being her daughter Laurel’s wedding dress. She was generous with her time, help, love and money. She will be dearly missed by all.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday July 7, 2011 at St. John of the Cross Church. Entombment All Souls Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends at THE COSIC FUNERAL HOME 28890 CHARDON RD. (BETWEEN BISHOP RD. AND RT. 91) WILLOUGHBY HILLS WEDNESDAY 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
