Helen Zajac

HELEN ZAJAC (nee Duda), born Sept. 11, 1918, passed away on May 29, 2018 at the age of 99 years, beloved wife of the late Edward, dearest mother of Kenneth (Nancy), Barbara Metcalf and Judith Hodakievic (John), loving grandmother of Jessica Chodaczek (Chris) and Rev. Adam Zajac, great-grandmother of Teresa and Hannah, dear sister of Rosalie Pfeiffer (Raymond – deceased) and the late Thomas Duda (Bernice), Lottie Pitten (Jim), Catherine Swider (John), Micki Zajkowski (Albin) and Joe Duda.

Helen was a founding member of St. Paschal Baylon Parish and member of the Rosary Makers St. Mary Star of the Sea. The family extends a sincere thank-you to Ohio Living Hospice for their compassion and care of Helen. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Helen to St. Paschal Baylon Church, 5384 Wilson Mills Rd., Highland Heights, OH 44143.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, June 2, 2018, at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Interment All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Helen at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 5-7 PM.
